Exchange and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Silai Studio. We offer hassle free exchanges, assisted by our team, providing free pick-up from your delivery address and re-delivery of the new product. Please carefully read our exchange and return policy below :

  1. Exchanges:
    • We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, with the tag intact, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Please note that all orders are eligible for exchange ONE time. Re-exchanging the product is not possible due to operational and logistical constraints. Our team will be happy to assist you with selection of exchange product, so the need for re-exchange does not arise.
  2. Returns:
    • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product, only against store credit, NO REFUND
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with the tag intact, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Please note that there will be no refund issued for returned products. You will receive an email with the store credit, equal to the order value, excluding shipping charges, if any. Store credit is valid for 90 days and can be redeemed on any product across our website
    • Products bought on store credit are not valid for re-exchange or re-return
  3. Items Excluded from Exchange/Return:
    • Final sale/ Clearance products/Buy2get1 items are not eligible for exchange or return.
  1. Process for Exchange/ Return:
    • To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer service team at
    • Clearly indicate the order number along with your reason for return/exchange and other preferences.
    • We will initiate the pickup from the same address as delivery. Once the parcel reaches back to us, it will undergo a quality check and then your new product will be dispatched. Please keep in mind the following timelines for the same :-
Pick up: 1 to 3 working days
Return to our warehouse: 7 to 10 days
Dispatch and delivery of replacement product: 3 to 5 days
  • There are no extra charges for pickup or delivery
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for future use.

 5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement, exchange or store credit.
